Danielle R. Sanger has devoted her law practice to protecting individuals and businesses in administrative proceedings brought by state and federal regulatory agencies and bodies, including occupational licensing and regulatory agencies like the board of healing arts and board of nursing.  The scope of Ms. Sanger’s practice is deeply rooted in a genuine concern for the well-being of her clients based on her own personal experiences.

Danielle graduated from the Washburn University School of Law with Dean’s Honors.  During her time in law school, her slate of achievements included being awarded the Irvine E. Ungerman Award for Excellence in Clinical Practice.  She was also awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award.  Along with these accomplishments, she was acknowledged in Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges.

Prior to founding her private practice in Lawrence, KS, Ms. Sanger was employed by the Kansas Attorney General’s Office as an Assistant Attorney General.  Danielle handled many proceedings regarding disciplinary and licensing application issues while representing the Kansas State Board of Nursing.  During this time, she developed an extensive knowledge of professional administrative investigative procedures, administrative evidentiary issues, and procedures in professional discipline and licensing cases.  This experience has provided her with an insider’s knowledge that has proven invaluable when defending clients facing professional discipline, including public reprimands, suspensions, and revocations.
